Young Leaders Emerging

About the Role

I'm starting something called Young Leaders Emerging, and the whole idea is to help students from 12 to 18 grow into strong, grounded leaders. I want to create a space where young people can learn how to handle pressure, deal with being talked about, stay true to who they are, and build real character through the Bible. It's really just about pouring into them, helping them grow, and showing them how they can change their environment instead of letting their environment change them. It's discipleship, it's leadership, and it's giving them what most of us never had growing up.
